A Battle Won In The Culture Wars

To the Rabid Puppies, Sad Puppies, Dread Ilk, and Vile Faceless Minions: well done lads. Well done indeed!

The "Best Related Work" section left me howling with laughter. And getting "My Little Pony" on the ballot is sheer brilliance! Comment from Al:
What is weird about all this as that in the entire spectrum of the culture wars a group of scifi nerds, fantasy geeks and video game enthusiasts are winning......they are actually taking ground back from the left and they aren't stopping for sh$t...these guys take scalps, burn their enemies bodies, and p!ss on their ashes and move on to the next target of total annihilation..they are unmerciful and brutal.........beautiful...many people on the right should take notice...this is a case study in winning and what winning is......something the right sorely needs to learn....

This is a brutal beating down of the nest of special little snowflakes that infest the sci-fi/fantasy genre. We've had enough of their sickness. Draw your swords mates...the war continues.

Karma

I despise being tailgated! Some nights I'll be toodling to work at 55-60 mph, and some jerk will come up against my damn bumper, blinding me with their headlights as well as scaring me. I've often wondered if they would do that if they knew that the person they were terrorizing could be the nurse/doctor/deputy who later will be working to save their loved one's life with shaky hands and a raging headache.

Anyway, this guy or gal gets his dose of karma. I'm glad he didn't careen into traffic. I was a bit amazed at the cars that zipped on by without stopping to render aid, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that they called for help.

Frickity-frickin' Frackers

Evil rich land baron robber Texans (*spit!*) are not only purchasing vast chunks of land in Montana, oh no. The story goes MUCH deeper than stealing land that should be owned by (California moonbat transplant) Montanans...they donated money to...Republicans! ACK! Run for the hills...er,...Buttes!

It found that the largest donor to legislative candidates was Dan and Farris Wilks and their wives, who all list Texas as home. The group donated to more than 70 candidates, all Republicans, and generally gave the maximum contribution allowed by law to legislative candidates, $160 for a general election. The total exceeded $51,000.

Let's see; if the brothers and their wives each donate a whopping $160 to a given candidate...lick end of pencil...stick tongue out of side of mouth in concentration...erase...carry the two...that's $640 bucks! Wow! That should buy LOTS of influence in the state house, doncha think?

I wonder how all that cash stacks up to Spooky Dude's contributions. Or union contributions.
