Thanks Fay, even though Spring still seems far, I do live at the top of the Appalachian chain, and this is still my second favorite piece of modern classical music and I enjoyed listening to this live rendition.
The first, of course is 'Rhapsody In Blue'.
It has been a good news/bad news day, but that is something to talk about in another thread, not one that has started so happily, here.

ReplyDeleteHello Miz Fay! It's so good to see you!
DeleteNice to see you too! Smootch xxx
DeleteWhoops! Thank you, Lady Red for the lovely and relaxing post, and thank you Fay for being you.

DeleteAnd the 138+ proof (woo-woo) 18 year & 8 month old bourbon makes me feel relaxed just looking at the picture.

DeleteOh, yes, we needed a break. I hate to see a group of such wonderful people feel so down.
DeleteIf we were all a lot younger and a lot dumber I'd say let's gather in Washington or Colorado and smoke some primo Hawaiian bud.
ReplyDeleteAlas, we're neither. I picked a fine decade to stop smoking pot...* [Leslie Nielsen]
*actually it's been two decades...
Hee hee! The mental image is giving me the giggles! :))
