Hellooooo, Fay! PattyAnn is still not-to-be-trusted but we haven't had any accidents or damaged items in several weeks so things are looking brighter.
I've been spending all my waking moments outside, just finished a huge project and started immediately on the next one because winter will be here before I know it :-)
