Sunday Silliness...

...because we need a break from more serious matters. For your listening pleasure, I have searched the internetz far and wide, unearthing two lost and hitherto mostly unknown musical gems. These videos must be seen-and-heard to fully appreciate the genius of musical composition, the fine timbre of voice, and the incredibly profound lyrics.

Here we go!

I can hear you Trekkies screaming for more! I aim to please...

  4. That Shatner talkie is a classic! I can't watch much more than a few seconds or I'll choke with hilarity!!! And he's smoking too, he's so damned edgy.

The horrifying Bilbo song by Spock was new, however. Eeeeeeeeeeek!!!
I think even Tolkien would be horrified.

  5. Thanks for the laughs, lady red. Rocket Man brought back a lot of silly memories. I'm still giggling.

  6. I actually saw the Kirk debacle when I was younger (sigh) and it is, indeed, just as horrible as I remember.

The Nimoy scene is a whole new level of purgatory (purgative?) however.

I'm not sure that 'Thanks' is the proper response to either one, but well, thanks.
