Luther, yes he has access to newspapers, magazines, etc. but no other reference material. I am astonished at times when I read his stuff he has an enormous amount of historical knowledge (ancient and recent).
He is also teaching American History in prison, his classes are so good even the prison staff sign up.
Black is married to Barbara Amiel, she is the columnist who broke the story about the French Ambassador refering to Israel as "that shitty little country."
