Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary husband!  The traditional gift is tin/aluminum, which I can live without :)  I'm allergic to tin and I have enough foil to last a year.

Ed the Weatherman once said it would be all over by the 5th!  His predictions were almost as accurate as the weather forecasters...not!

WalMart may have just made the biggest mistake of its corporate life. Millions upon millions of their customers will not be impressed by WalMart cowardly actions. They are an enormous company, more than capable of sitting on inventory if they must. If this is true, it will be perceived by many of their loyal customers as collaborating with the enemy.

There are, after all, a lot more votes – a lot more – in being anti-Israel than in taking a stand. But, as long as I am prime minister, whether it is at the UN or the Francophonie or anywhere else, Canada will take that stand, whatever the cost. Not just because it is the right thing to do, but because history shows us, and the ideology of the anti-Israel mob tell us all too well, that those who threaten the existence of the Jewish people are a threat to all of us.
