lady red, I saw a good one on a list of Google interview questions:
Assume there is a country where boys are preferred. Every family keeps having children until they have a boy - once they get a boy, they stop.
(Further assume women are infinitely fertile and can have an unbounded number of children in a finite time. (Obviously a man came up with this question.))
Is it a sign of election on the brain that I initially thought it was some lefty statement about how Republicans were stopping all the wonderful things Obama wants to do?
