China's Belligerence Fuels Southeast Asian Arms Race

The nations of Southeast Asia, fearing the growing power, and seeming willingness to provoke confrontations, of China, have begun to spend a great deal of money to arm themselves against the perceived threats.

  3. I changed settings on the comments to never require moderation, it had been set to require on threads more than 90 days old.

    Hope that fixes the problem.
