It's the same old song

Years ago, my father went into an Irish cultural store in San Francisco. This store advertised that it would find your Irish family crest and would guarantee it to to be authentic. My father paid to have them find our family crest. When it came in, my father noticed that it was different than what he had seen before.

My father said to the store owner, "I have looked it up in four books and they all had the same thing and it was different from this."

The store owned asked my father, "Did you look it up in [whatever the book was]. My father answered, "Yes."

The store owner then explained, "You looked it up in one book, and three other books that looked it up in that one book. You did not look it up in four independent sources."

We all know how the Deep State received the fake dossier on President Trump, released some of the information from that fake dossier to friends in the media, then went to the FISA Court with the dossier and used the reports in the media as verification of that dossier, never disclosing that it was not independent verification.

The chicanery did not end there. Currently, Democrats in the House have continued their attempted soft coup with a "whistle blower's" complaint about the President's phone call with the Ukrainian President. Adam Schiff read fake quotes, supposedly from that phone call, in Congress. Nothing has happened to Schiff yet, and I have not heard anything about removing that fraudulent information from the Congressional Record. I doubt anything will happen to Schiff about this incident, and I am sure that his lies will remain in the record where future "scholars" can read it and conclude that President Trump is the devil incarnate.

Now we have more news, which is what reminded me of my father's experience at the Irish store. Before the complaint about the President's phone call was made public, there was a change to the form that whistle blowers were to use to report malfeasance. It used to be that the whistle blower had to have first-hand knowledge of the actions in question. Now the form allows for second, or even third-hand information -- just in time for this action against Trump, and never mind that Schiff has lied about what he knew and when he knew it.

There are reports of a second whistle blower. Things must be really bad if two people are reporting illegal deeds by the President, never mind that there are records of previous Democratic Presidents committing more egregious acts. In fact, there is no evidence that the President's phone call was illegal or unethical.

We now have reports that this second whistle blower is actually the source for the complaint made by the first whistle blower. This is probably why the whistle blower form was changed, so Democrats can give the appearance that the President is endangering the country by many questionable acts. Of course, the media is going to play along as they always do.

The Democratic Party is a danger to the United States and the Constitution.

I've been wondering why Nike would choose to alienate so many customers with their idiotic new ad campaign featuring that whiny, privileged, sub-talented Kaepernick. This article at Conservative Treehouse has an insight I hadn't thought of. Read the whole thing if you have time.

"The agenda is to defeat the Trump-trade-reset; however, they, in this example Levi Strauss, cannot openly side with China and Asia against the United States.  The PR optics would be horrible…. So they do it covertly by supporting domestic political policies and opposition toward the President who is threatening the construct of their multinational business model.

Together the NFL, Nike and Levi Strauss stand to retain their current level of trade benefit (profit) if President Trump is blocked from instituting America-First trade and manufacturing policies.   Supporting gun control (Levi Strauss) or supporting BLM/Antifa (Nike) is simply a tool to support the political opposition of the policy-maker adverse to their financial interests.

Just like the DeceptiCON moves in the U.S. Congress, this is exactly how U.S. Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue works.  Donohue is aligned with both Democrat and Republican wings of the UniParty. Any group in the momentary position to best support the efforts of his Wall Street corporations is where Donohue focuses his lobbying efforts."

The backlash to the ad has been massive, but Nike doesn't care. Now I know why.
