Words From A Man Who Knows



This gentleman was a Chinese citizen in Beijing in 1989 and witnessed the slaughter at Tiananmen square. His words are the words of experience.

    "...We did not have an inch of iron in our hands..."

    That line brought me to tears, simply because I know well what happened next.

    I remember the Papier-mache Statue Of Liberty built by those brave students, and how it was crushed, along with the bodies of those who tried to stand for freedom, without any means of protecting themselves except their own courage.
