Go to the 40 second mark...and just listen for about 7 seconds. That's the only bit worth hearing.
No clue when she said this. Someone here compared the Democrats and Obama to Mark Whittaker in "The Informant". Don't know, haven't seen it ;O) But the comparison was "compulsive liars who can't keep their lies straight"
They don't have to keep their lies straight. They don't care if we know they are lying or not.
