I listen to lots of EDM, which I mostly don't post because it pretty much falls in the category of "music which nobody (here) likes"...
...but Emma Hewitt's vocal track for Colours came with a very sparse and restrained orignal mix, and a moving video, so what the heck.

ReplyDeleteHuh? HUH? We do Techno-EDM here in Detroit. Actually, we think we invented it.
I made many friends in the student music scene at Wayne State, earned a pass identity card for late nighters, and attended after hours raves along the Cass corridor. It's where I picked up the nickname my kid still calls me..."Old Dude."
Techno fuses Jazz, Rock, R&B...and if the back beats do not move you, quick check it out...you might be dead! :-))
I liked it as well, lewy. There's not much in the way of music I'll turn my nose up at ;-)
