Friday Night Music
This is a really busy time of year for me work wise and this afternoon I was wondering where this week went. Then I remembered this song title. Here is the Brook Benton version. Benton is one of my hubby's favourites.
I adore Brook Benton! When I was growing up, my folks had one of his albums that they'd often play on their stereo console turntable. They also loved The Sons of the Pioneers.
Oh yeah. Brook Benton has such a fantastic voice.

ReplyDeleteI used to work with a guy who was a drummer (?!) for the Sons of the Pioneers. Obviously, it was a much later incarnation.
