The Lady Red Stimulus Package
The oinkers in Washington are trying to tack 8 billion in earmarks to the budget bill. I have a great idea; ixnay the orkpay and divide up the dough into 311 million piles. Then send a check for $25,723 to every man, woman, and child in the United States. Instant stimulus!
