There I Was

Saw Simply Red in a small theatre venue in Vancouver a gazillion years ago. Great show very intimate, which suited the music.  Enjoy.

  2. I think their music is holding up rather well. Then again, they weren't trying to adhere to the latest musical fad so it could stand on its own.

  3. This is awesome, Fay. I love it.

Like Matt alluded to, this is music of a different era, absolutely authentic.

And as someone who was alive then, it takes me right back there.

Sadly the authentic buzz to go with this music is the vodka and quaaludes, and I've given that up. :|

Okay, who ARE you and what did you do with lewy?

Seriously though I think this must make a grand total of three times that Mr. lewy and me have had a musical agreement.

    Wow.

  6. Fay, you've gone to so many great concerts. This is my favorite Simply Red song. It doesn't matter how many times I hear it, I always get a lump in my throat. It's timeless.

Hmmm, did we get a music troll? Inquiring minds want to know!
