These photos are making the rounds, I loved them and thought I'd post them here in case any of you may have missed them.
This print campaign for the Berlin Philharmonic orchestra uses macro photographs taken inside the cramped spaces of instruments making the inner workings of a violin, cello, flute, and pipe organ appear vast and spacious, almost as if you could walk around inside them.

flo, this is insanely cool! I love it.
ReplyDeleteI really thought it was an architecture photo at first.
Gives me an idea for a nightclub. I'd love to throw a party in that space.
Thanks, lewy, I thought you'd like it :-)
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing florrie! Lewy is right; they do look like architecture! Wow.
ReplyDeleteCan you imagine the acoustics in that nightclub, Lewy?
ReplyDeleteHey florrie, super-cool photos! It does look like you could walk around in those spaces. I don't know exactly what it is about the photos that achieves that look, but it doesn't look like typical scaled-up photos. Perhaps it's the lighting- it appears soft and natural
ReplyDeleteAnd that would make a great space for a night club; let us know when it's opening, lewy!
