The Wall Street Journal highlights a report from the Pew Hispanic Center showing that 1 in 12 births on US soil, or 8 percent of recorded children born, are to illegal immigrants.
ALL due to a purposeful misinterpretation of the 14th Amendment that originated in 1982, when Justice William J. Brennan added it as a footnote in another case.
