I counted all the votes that matter (mine) and the results are in: Gold, hottest woman at the 2010 Olympics is Cheryl Bernard (Woman's Curling, Team Canada). Those blue eyes are killers for sure. Runner up, Silver, is Gretchen Blieler (USA, Snowboard Halfpipe) for her radiant smile, even after crashing and losing....that smile is magnetic. Bronze to Torah Bright (Australia, Snowboard, Halfpipe), another magnetic smile and drop dead good looks.
See?! There was some good to come of the NBC coverage of high profile stuff like Curling and Halfpipe. Especially for us chavinist pig like types. :-))
OMG, I thought we had blown it in the 3rd period against Slovakia. What a nail biter those last five minutes were.
ReplyDeleteWoot, Canada has the most Gold medals of anyone!
ReplyDeleteI can't believe it! 10 Gold.
PM Stephen Harper just announced that Canada's anthem is officially being changed from Oh Canada to Gold Canada.

Yay! Thanks for posting the time, Fay, I'm so glad it's on the weekend.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for a good, close game - either side, it's win-win.
(With a slight preference to the USA, natch :-)
Fay... don't joke - with Harper you never know... LOL!!
ReplyDeleteIts gonna be BANANAZ in North America on Sunday. Holy moly I can barely contain myself now... I will crumble into a million little pieces by then!
Kill Canada! Yay! :OD
ReplyDelete(With a note of apology to Canadian fans) :OP
