Double Trouble

Happy Friday everyone! How about a glass of something soothing and mellow, and some Austin City Limits?

I love Stevie Ray. *contented sigh*

  2. I was so hoping you would post some Friday night music, Fay. I love SRV as well, I wish I had seen him in concert - he died way too soon...

    Next up, Texas Flood :-)

I'm a teetotaler, LR, but I'll have an imaginary snifter of Grand Marnier.

    *sigh*

    Cheers, ladies!

      Cheers everyone!

I wish I could have seen him in concert as well. I bawled when that helicopter went down.

Sorry, lady red, I was so used to Fay posting some Friday Night Music that I didn't even check out who posted this great link.

  4. I think I love SRV's version of Voodoo Chile better than Jimi's.

Stevie Ray Vaughn was SO sexy. Whew!!!

I thought that guitar change after he broke a string during Little Sister was pretty cool. He never missed a beat.

  6. I'm glad everyone has enjoyed SRV. Now I need to sweep the floor and figure out what to do with the lovely lady snoring on the couch, wearing one shoe and surrounded by empty snifters.

Fay! Wake up! Here, have some coffee and a couple of aspirin...:))

  10. All partisanship aside for a moment...it scares me to no end that Obama seems to have no clue how to handle international affairs or even understand what is actually happening. I believe I read that he didn't even sit in on his NSC briefing when things started heating up in the Ukraine. For all Bush's faults, at least one felt someone was in charge during a crisis. Did you read Goldberg's Obama interview? It's very unsettling to see how out of his depth he is. Yet he has the cojones to start chastising Netanyahu about the "Palestinian peace deal"??? This is really crazy.

    3. Oh, of course, Bush's fault! How could I forget???

      Amen to that, Dances.
