Sid, if you type your post in "compose", after you paste in your link you can delete the link copy in the "text to display" box, and type in whatever words you want highlighted. Does that make sense?
If you're typing your post in HTML, after you paste your link, the cursor will be positioned between ><. Type your text there. >type here<
You don't even have to type in the words you want.
Just type the post then go back and highlight the words you want, then go to the link box and paste in the URL, the highlighted words will automatically appear between the ><
