  1. Good thing you put Mauro at the top of the list!

(and Marcello too, be still my beating heart!)

  2. Sophia is STILL beautiful.

Bruno Magli shoes, hmm, hmmm...I have to say OJ ruined that for me...

But that's OK, I love Bruno Tonioli, I can't believe Fay left him off the list!

He's #2 on my list after Mauretto :-)

  5. Florrie, I had the same thought about Bruno Magli shoes! Immediately!

And I love looking at Sophia Loren.

  6. So how do I put up a link or a post here?

And Mauro's my favorite too (but behind Sophia, Fiurenzia, and three of the turtles)

  7. Hi levi! I'll see if I can manage to do it. Is your email address the same?

  8. Just saw this. Florrie and Levi, Lady Red will have to designate Levi a contributor before he can make posts. Though you can, Levi, put links in comments without that permission.

  9. Luther, florrie also has sooper-dooper powerz. Shazzam!

  10. Okay, Lady Red. Sorry, wasn't aware of that.

  11. Oh hai, mai earz wur burning.

Yes, although my powers are limited as Luther had to instruct me as to how I put a link in this comment box :-)

I have had HTML dog bookmarked for years; guess I should go take a look at it...

  12. No problem. I thought it would be a good idea if more than one person could fix things around here and mop the floors every now and then.

    I did mention floor-mopping, didn't I florrie? :P

  13. I emailed Mauro with the cryptic message "Yoohoo, look here" with a link to this thread. Here is what he emailed back.

    "Guys,

Can you do me a favour please?

Please post a comment on my behalf saying I am gratefull and happy to be n1 in that list, the problem is that it doesn't seem to accept hotmail and I have no time to sort it out as I am in Thailand with the wifey.
Please please please do make sure LadyRed knows I appreciate and I will contribute.

Tell all the posters I love'em all.

Please please please do that as I don't want them to think I am being unpolite or uncaring.

    Miss you all.

    Ciao

    Mauro"

Isn't that wonderful news, Mauretto got hitched!

    We miss you Mauro darling!

/blowing kisses in the general direction of Thailand...

  15. Yes, he has all the wedding pics on FB florrie. Matt and I were very happy to have met Mauro and the then future Mrs. Mauro when we were in London last year. They are both beautiful people.

  16. Oh dear, I'm always behind on everything. I sent him a gushing, congratulatory email.

    Now where's that red-faced emoticon...

Fay, I do remember you talking about meeting Mauro's wife but I thought at the time you wrote about it, she was his girlfriend. I haven't checked in on people's FB pages lately.

  17. er florrie, what part of "the then future Mrs. Mauro" didn't you understand...need new spectacles dearie?

  18. Lol, I thought you were just being a yenta, Fay :-) You know, wishful thinking...

    ReplyDelete
  19. I spose "the then future Mrs." could have wound up the "ex-fiancee"? (Or maybe floranista just needs glasses!)

  22. Ladies...you are so kind, I am blushing...ok, basically, about 3 years ago I had this bright idea to employ a new waitress...enter Anna...then I had the even brighter idea to ... you know ...enter new girlfriend...it went downhill ever since rsrsrsrsrrsrsrsrs

Lady red, so, what is this, your new home? Can I have a look? Can I come around for cakes?
I need to be vouched for to post a thread? Can I ask Fay to vouch for me? (Fay, you'll be responsible you know)

Guys, Thailand was amazing, when I will post snaps as soon as I get permission from LR and I understand how this works.
