The Last Big Government President?

Nile Gardiner at The Telegraph, gives an excellent rundown of how disgusted Americans are with things as they stand, and why this might just be the end of the Socialist Experiment in America.

But, if that is the case, be assured, there will be blood.

  1. "This is why Barack Obama could well end up being the last big government president of the United States, a nation that simply cannot afford the lavish excesses of an imperious presidency that drains the pay-checks of hard-working Americans with impunity and reckless abandon."

The other day I predicted that someone would call Cain an Oreo. That came true (with West as an added bonus) within 48 hours.

I will make another prediction: no on in the USMSM will come to the same conclusion as this piece expressed.

    I love sure bets.

  3. I love Obumbler's neck hardware. Better be on the lookout for ATTACKWATCH.

Matt, it's ironic that Cain is the oreo seeing as BO is half white and all...

I need to take off my bedroom slippers, put on my marchin' shoes. Shake it off. Stop complainin', stop grumblin', stop cryin'. I am going to press on. I've got work to do, TCKT. Gots to clean the fridge.

and head up to the rhododendron nursery...

  5. You said it, Matt!

And I was restrained and only brought 4 plants home.

  6. I see that google/blogger has now resumed keeping our nicks logged in for replies, like they used to.

Nice for lazy people, like me, lol.

    Only four? Hee hee!

Aridog, JEM looks "natural" in the bright green pimp suit, doesn't he? And Michelle looks good wearing a belly-dancer skirt; it looks classier than her usual vesture: the living room drapes with armholes. ;))

  8. Hmmm...I think Matt is becoming TCKT's very own Carnac The Magnificent!

But seriously, I too think that Americans are disgusted with the way things are. Beyond disgusted. We may have to invent a new word.

I hope it doesn't come to blood, but I wouldn't be surprised. The left is calling for civil disobedience and riots. If they try that crap in my neighborhood, I guarantee the fur will fly.

And they will lose big-time. They reason they are so out of it is because they do not live in the real-world. You know, where most of us live. If they do start their "revolution," they will be shocked at how many of us are out here.

Oh, Lady Red, as I said, I love sure bets. It was a gimmee.

  10. Just look at what happened at the recent riots in London for a preview of coming attractions.

Matt, yep, important things of the day, get cat food for the hungry cutie pies of my home.
