I know that Tom is certainly a very lucky guy. But the way Florrie feels about Tom I know she did pretty well in the bargain as well.
Happy anniversary --- and I will stay away away from the piano. Beside, members of the RCMP are not renowned for its singing ability. Nor the WSP, for that matter.
Thank you so much, Fay, for remembering and I love the card! That graphic is just perfect, you always find just the right thing. And the Cavaliers, awww, they're as cute as our horde of dingbats. Yup, the Flinstones, that's us. I just showed Tom and he loved the card too :-) And thanks to all my friends for the nice wishes.
I just spent the last hour or so trying to upload pics on FB and I think I succeeded. Here is a link, as I didn't want to muck up TCKT by posting so many of them.
BTW, although the day started with us finding a horrible, very nasty virus that completely shut down the laptop, we got it resolved in just under 3 hours and celebrated by going out to dinner.
Florrie, I don't have FB. But thanks so much for 'outing' yourself. I, for one, appreciate it. You look as a satisfied and in control soul. Just like I figured.
I'll work out out how to do the same, one of these days. Thing is, nowadays, I age faster than pictures can keep up with. I wouldn't want to give a false impression after all.
"Security Shield" is just the latest version of a virulent "Fake A/V" trojan/virus. I've had it infect this PC three or more times, each time nasty as hell. It's been aropund for 2+ years now and gets updated to a new version regularly.
Usually "Combofix" and/or "Malwarebytes" can detect and defeat it and quarantine it. Combofix will run best in "Safe Mode" (F8 during boot up)and select "Safe Mode with Internet Connectivity" ... but it will run (slower) on a regular mode screen if necessary. Malwarebytes will run on a regular screen as well as in safe mode. For Combofix you have to be able to turn off any Anti-Virus software you have running temporarily ... not so easy with some varieties. The Trojan "Fake A/V" attacks and disables most A/V programs as its first step ... but doesn't turn them off, whihc complicates things.
If you run Combofix, just use the automated version, unless you are a true geek and know what you are doing. Malwarebytes will run manually as free ware, just as Combofix does, but for $24.95 you can get the full version of Malwarebytes that can be scheduled regularly ... I have it set to run a full scan daily and quick or flash scans hourly. It does not impede anything else you are doing while running and is not a resource hog. You run Combofix only in an emergency.
Florrie: I'm sorry I'm late on this, but I got here as soon as I could! TCKT doesn't let me post from my iphone, and some fairly intense nausea wasn't letting me get to my computer.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! The card is beautiful, and it is so YOU.
You are an amazing person, and a wonderful friend. I'm thankful every day to have "met" you.
Yeah! Lots of love to you and hubby for a wonderful anniversary xxx
