  1. You can't make this stuff up can you?

And even if you did no one would believe it.

  2. Oh for goodness sake!

Is calling things racist on the "Stuff White People Like" website?

  3. Oh brother. Just un-frickin-believable.

    More PC idiocy on parade.

  4. BWAHAHAHAHAH!!! It sounds like somebody got an early release on an April Fools' article! I guess the up side is that the more the elite be-clown themselves with things like this, the more regular people see the idiocy for what it is.

I'm wonder if they'll come up with a release for "Talk Like a Pirate" Day?

  5. Hey, Lyana, good to see you!

I love to talk like a pirate. We need to designate a day before they outlaw it :-)

  6. Which reminds me...

I just watched Master & Commander, it was awesome. Jourdan had wanted to know what people thought of it...

I particularly like the realism, also that the captain held firm when facing tough decisions. I'd recommend it to everyone, it's a movie I'd watch again.

I think Jourdan and his wife must be in the process of moving to Virginia? Haven't seen him around for a week or so. Are you all planning to get together, afw?

Nosy, er, inquiring minds want to know :-)

  7. Hi Lyana! I'm glad you're here; we've all missed you!

Sumo suits are racist? Damn. I guess I'll have to find another outfit for the tea party rally.

  8. Hey florrie, Master & Commander is one of our all time favourite movies and we have the DVD and have watched it a number of times.

One of our most remembered lines is when Russell Crowe makes the toast - "To our wives and girlfriends, may they never meet!"

And yes, Jourdan is driving cross country to DC. Last I heard they were set to start out their journey on March 21.

  9. As someone on the NP comments said "since when are Sumo wrestlers a race?"

  10. Thanks, Fay, I thought he said they were moving in March.

Yes, terrific film! Plus, I'm crazy about Russell Crowe.

  12. BTW, in case anyone was getting worried while Vikram14 is sick, no need! I have arranged temporary Tech support from a crack team of British brothers...

  13. oh come on now?! What's really sad is that they canceled a fundraiser for a local foodbank because they had sumo suits there - rather than replace the suits with something else.

Oh how far have we gone... this is just mind boggling... and ridiculous.
