The highest ranking officer of the largest AFB in Canada has been charged with two counts of first degree murder, sexual assault, breaking and entering, and forcible confinement.

Wow, it sounds like they must have a lot of evidence against him. They found the second body after his arrest...I wonder if he's confessed?
