Army Field Manual For Operation Of Internment Camps

A leaked document, with a short video on Noisy Room Blog shows the plans for construction and operation of  US gov't internment camps for political dissidents.

The document (Field Manual 3-39.40, Internment And Resettlement Operations)  is also available as a pdf file, at a link on the site.

Here is the same video at YouTube:

The army has been recruiting people to operate these camps since 2009, this document was finalized in 2010, and in 2012, the US congress approved a law that would allow indefinite detention of American citizens without charges or trial.

There are reports of double-decker 'cattle cars with welded-in manacles and (God Help Us - Guillotines?!?!?!?!?!) parked on railroad sidings in places around the US.

Maybe I'm just spending too much time online, but a lot of this is coming up on the non-crazy sites, too.

  1. First of all, I do NOT believed this was "leaked"...it was published on purpose with all the other documents managed by Training and Doctrine Command ... aka TRADOC .... the prior command of Chairman of the JCS Gen Martin Dempsey. That, and there is NO classification annotation, not even FOUO.

If you listened to any of Tweedle Dee Dempsey testimony recently, it was obstructive to say the least...but the wording in the preface of this Field Manual sounds just like him:

[Whot?! Did you miss him allegedly doing a free fall jump in to the Army Navy game? He's a hero tough guy doncha know! Pay attention, bitches.]

    This manual addresses I/R
operations across the spectrum of conflict, specifically the doctrinal paradigm shift from traditional enemy prisoner of war (EPW) operations to the broader and more inclusive requirements of detainee operations.
Additionally, FM 3-39.40 discusses the critical issue of detainee rehabilitation. It describes the doctrinal foundation, principles, and processes that military police and other elements will employ when dealing with I/R populations. As part of internment, these populations include U.S. military prisoners, and multiple categories of detainees (civilian internees [CIs], retained personnel [RP], and enemy combatants), while resettlement operations are focused on multiple categories of dislocated civilians (DCs).

It's release as ordinary TRADOC materials is just as intentional as Obama's harranging of the Supreme cpourt members present for the SOTU adsress of 2011...and the 2012 administration's distinct implication that a court CAN BE IGNORED ... borne out later by the NLRB ignoring a District court. No matter, it was enough to make Chief Justice Roberts a "Castrato".

You are supposed to see it. And wonder about it. That IS the whole idea. Pay attention, bitches!

The things you are not privy to would be far worse on your peace of mind. Key thing about the allegation that DHS "bought" 1.6 Billion rounds of ammo...quickly dis-proven by realizing that it was an RFP for an potential ID/IQ contract..e.g., no purchase made, yet. What isn't discussed is who responded that they in fact could provide the 1.6 billion cartridges if a "call" was made on a ID/IQ contract if issued subsequently. "Subsequently" is not discussed...never is...it is a Three Card Monte game and this administration is very good at it...better even than Bush 43 in his second term.

And this shit is just the bare surface of what is forming as a deep deep Autocracy with no independent court or legislature...something almost fiat accompli as we speak.

Everybody in Washington DC has a price...I wonder what Rand Paul's was recently. Bought and paid for ... and who predicted that?

You know, I can be full of shit...and I'd love it if anyone can prove that I am. Really.

    1. No, Ari, you are not full of it.

'Additionally, FM 3-39.40 discusses the critical issue of detainee rehabilitation.'

I did not get into that, but it is the most diabolical of the things discussed in the video - 're-education' to be good little proles, NOT actual American Citizens.

Did you notice the part about UN troops?

I wonder how long it will be until a blue beret, with ot without bloodstains, is worn as a badge of honor.

The trouble is that this administration, and the socialist gov'ts of the world STILL have not figured out that We ARE Different. A lot of blood will flow before they understand that.

I pray, but do not expect, that most of it will be theirs.

And in case anyone is wondering, there are many reports that Russion 'Spetznaz' troops are now in the US, 'training' with DHS and FEMA forces. Wonder why?

Yep. And I too would LOVE for someone to prove you wrong.

You're not though. Thank you for the inside scoop. You have a perspective that the rest of us really appreciate.

  3. DWT, perhaps Americans need to surreptitiously begin blowing these cattle cars to smithereens.

    It's a start.

  4. Why are you saying Rand Paul is bought and paid for, Aridog?

    1. Especially since Rand Paul is still filibustering Brennan's appointment to the CIA as I write this.

Paul got a little help, I'm impressed to learn, from my own Senator Ron Wyden - the only Dem to my knowledge to help Rand Paul here. Wow.

This is interesting because it puts Rand Paul and the whole due process argument re: drones on the agenda of polite society in Oregon.

    2. I was amazed and impressed that Wyden came in to help. Maybe there are a few (damn few) Dems who still believe in the constitution, and take their oaths seriously.

  5. I think Rand Paul is a principled guy. I am applauding his courage tonight as he continues his filibuster.

    1. Heh great minds think alike. In sync, apparently... ;)

    2. Paul made a valiant stand, and so did the senators that supported him in the filibuster. I'm incensed that my own two senators stayed glued in their chairs like cowering rabbits, and they'll both be hearing from me.

  6. OK since Rand Paul has thread-jacked every media stream in America, I think this thread is officially jacked.

I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have today - this is pretty historic.

I found this liveblogging to be pretty good atThe American Conservative.

Note that TAC represents the Noam Chomsky wing of the conservative movement - and they like what Rand is doing (even though he's not one of them in that he's a supporter of Israel).

Note also that folks like Van Jones on the Left are supporting Rand Paul.

Senator Paul is making some very strange bedfellows. Obama is going to be somewhat shocked that, surprise, not everyone trusts him.

    The follow-through will be key.

    1. Yeah, let's see the follow-through on Brennan.

Will that be before or after he's confirmed?

Has Senator Paul mentioned yet that Brennan has by passed almost all normal chains of command and military oversight to run his, and his boss's private Army of special operators. Uh, how many of the 20+ survivors of Benghazi has we heard from? What WERE they doing? How does at least one of them wind up in Bethesda Naval Hospital for months?

Guns & gear for Syrian Islamists, perchance? Maybe other places, too? Where are all the surface to air weapons Gaddafi had?

DO YOU, DOES ANYONE, REALLY THINK THIS IS ALL ABOUT DRONES?

      Oh, look....SQUIRREL!!

No!!...over there, .....SQUIRREL ! No Drones. SQUIRREL!!

    2. Ari, I'm not quite following you.

I'm pretty jaded but I have a hard time believing Rand Paul is part of a plot by Establishment Washington to distract from Benghazi.

The sick truth about Benghazi is that nobody gives a shit. Not the press, not Establishment Washington (outside a few players), and not the public (again, certain folks excepted).

When the press ignores Benghazi they aren't covering for Obama so much as simply being honest - not interested. Of course if there was a Republican in the White House there would be lots of faux outrage - but that's just it - it would be faux.

Lots of people figure if "our guys" got murdered in Benghazi, they what the f**k were they doing there - they probably had it coming. I'm being massively unfair here, but I wouldn't be terribly surprised if one of those people was Rand Paul.

I think the simplest explanation is that he well and truly believes that Presidential dronewhacking American citizens, especially within the US, is a much bigger issue than Benghazi. And as a matter of political acuity, I can't argue with him. (On pure policy grounds I can argue that that's nuts, but nobody gives a shit about policy any more.)

    3. Lewy ... I know I'm jaded, worse now than ever. But here you go....just tell me **what** exactly Rand Paul accomplished with his mini-bluster? What actually enforceable goal did he accomplish?

      Just answer me that...good luck.

      Not acceptable [unenforceable] answers are:

A known liar says, well, okay, we won't do this or that...it is all better now, we promise, honest injun, really, we swear it, .... and the known liar's boss, himself a bigger known liar, says zip, nada, zilch, just smirks.

Let's look at some of Paul's allies in this drone affair...starting with Van Jones. VAN JONES?! Really? Yassuh. And the Republicans STILL don't feel the dick in their ass? Please.

You/we **think** the Democrats and the administration are worried, wounded, whatever....cue Linus from Charlie Brown & then the Snoopy Dance by the administration....then wake up and realize you/we've been had like a slut on Saturday night (I'll love you in the morning, really, honest, I swear...).

The confirmation vote went down 63 yea-34 nay....e.g., they had enough for cloture all along and Rand was just **allowed** to pose demanding promises. Hyuk hyuk hyuuuk!

      Delete
  7. But in the end, Rand Paul still voted FOR the cloture, even though he did vote against confirming Brennan.

Despite the (hollow echo) admission by Holder that the administration has 'no right' to kill americans without trial, does anyone really think that will stop them?
