Drag Racing Tonight!

OK, one of my all-time favorite psychedelic/jazz/rock bands did a wonderful instrumental riff, that was immediately co-opted for radio ads.

This is not the original version, but at least there are no drag-racing announcements dubbed over.

    Gosh, that brought back memories, I didn't want it to end. I miss the drum solos that were so popular back then.

    Nice stuff. Spirit was a somewhat eclectic band and did a wide range of things.
