Oh, Me Da un Salto de Mierda

The Phoenix Suns, including that great American –er, Canadian Steve Nash have taken a stand against the Arizona law against illegal immigration.

Fine, then let the Suns, excuse me, los Suns – which they printed on their jerseys for a game -- give up their money to pay the cost for taking care of people who come to the U.S. illegally. In fact, shouldn’t the jerseys have said “Los Soles?” If they are going to prostitute themselves, shouldn’t they go all the way?

OK, the Suns are trying to generate interest in the Hispanic community. But tickets to NBA games are not cheap. If Hispanics have money to spend on NBA tickets, then don’t they have money to go through the process of immigrating legally?

No reasonable person is saying “no” to immigration. We just want it done legally. Maybe Steve Nash is willing to reimburse me for the money I spent to move to Canada legally. After all, he thinks the country that is making him a millionaire should take in all comers, so he must feel the same way about his home land.

  1. I rolled my eyes when I read about "Los Suns". How idiotic.

Rich basketball players don't have to worry about footing the bill for illegals, being kidnapped in downtown Phoenix, or being shot by drug smugglers. They live in their own little insulated world.
