Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay...

and retirement is just a few days away...

Many of you will already know that I was scheduled to retire in 2014. Circumstances (not of my making) conspired to delay, put off, re-schedule and defer the actual date.

But now, it is real.  Retirement date is February 28, 2017 but last day actually worked will be Friday February 24, 2017.

Onward and upward.  Already have a part time occupation to keep me busy until the end of April.  Then I will start exploring volunteer opportunities....

Meanwhile:

    1. Aww, thank you sweetie.

Except I'll be working in my PT job longer hours than my full time one! I'll take the summer off :)

  4. Learn to code.
    Learn to ride a Harley.
Learn to mix a cocktail a day.

At least one of those should work for you, tootsie!

    ;)

    1. LOL, the 3rd one is a no brainer.
2nd one, not in a gazillion years (I can barely drive a car) and I've never even ridden a bicycle!
As for the 1st one, I have studied "code" (for new employment purposes) in the past two years (the tax code) although I know that's not the code to which you refer.

      Luv ya lewy :)

  6. Wrong again. As it turned out, Fay had to go into the office today.

If Fay gets home without her office keys and ID tag, then I will believe it. Until then, no!

    :)
