This is only a test

I've been having fits with blogger. I can access the dashboard but it won't keep me signed in to comment. Grrr! So, this is an experimental post while I tinker. If you have any advice, I'm all ears. Please remember that I may not be able to answer you. If I can't, I'll try to add an "update" to this post to communicate.

UPDATE: I was hoping that putting up a new post and selecting "view blog" that it would keep me signed in. That would be a big fat NOPE with a side of NYET and a sprinkle of NO WAY.

  1. Success! I had to dig through my settings. Somehow my Chromebook decided to block all cookies. Grr. Glad it's working again.

    1. lady red - your aptitude is far above median, mostly because you mess with things and aren't afraid to break stuff. Seriously.

I meet a lot of "smart people" who can't web worth a damn. You can web.

Corollary: "Coding boot camp" stuff is BS for most people, even most smart people, but probably not you! I know you're wicked busy but if you have time I think some instruction would go far.

You could break things at an entirely higher level! ;)

    2. That might be fun! My cousin Amy recently went took a bunch of computer training. She's a chemist, but the job market (and pay) are shite, so she completely switched up her career. She's loving every second of it, and making a lot more moola.

    3. Whew! I just looked up a reputable coding camp (DevBootCamp). Almost $13,000 is a wee bit out of my price range. Better to buy a book or two from Amazon and tackle it myself. When I have time. Hah! :)

    4. wait what? they want thirteen K? yeah, no - I was meaning more like a weekend boot camp or a free Coursera course or something.

But that would be awesome if you were a pro coder too. How many skills is that? Yer like a goddam Swiss Army Nurse... ;)
