My Very Good, Most Excellent Day

I went hiking today in the Buffalo National Park. I met my son and granddaughter at the trailhead to Lost Valley. It was a perfect day, cloudy and overcast, and a bit misty. The trail is "moderate" but can be difficult if you meander off-trail to explore. Which we did!

  1. We hiked up Clark Creek, which is mostly an underground river. There were tons of caves, some of them very large in size. Eden Falls didn't have a lot of water this time of year, but it was a perfect location for a picnic.

  2. Excellent! Your granddaughter is getting so big! We are just off out for dinner and then going to see "Sully".

Hopefully we will know who the next POTUS is by the time we get home.

Sunny times! as our hapless Prime Minister puts it...

How was "Sully"? I've been looking forward to seeing it!
